I'm doing some tests with a single turntable. Where should i earth it? How can i earth my TT to my soundcard? :)

You can ground it to the metal chassis of your computer, your mixer, or your stereo. All should work for you.

speaking of which, it would be the same for a laptop hey? apart from the fact that there isnt really much room to ground it to metal on the actual laptop is there? so i guess just on the mixer or similar.

Just unscrew one bolt at the bottom of laptop and attach a wire to it, it will ground it on a houseing.

Usually the best thing to do when grounding is to attach the turntables ground wire to any Unpainted metal thing that has a 3 prong power plug (+ - & Ground) and no power converter.
It's best to stay away from attaching to a Computer or amplifier, these may cause sum extra noise or hum from their fans and or power supply. I attach them to the rack rails on my mixer case.
