I requested in the general forum forthis option , but I bealive that is not possible to be done yet so I think it would be very usefull if VDJ team implement this option in the next realese.

Im pretty sure theres already a manual beat tap, unless they removed it in an earlier version, because I use it all the time, Im pretty sure if you right click the track in your list, and go configure bpm, or something like that theres a manual beat tap button there

fremdj, is asking for a button on the skin to do the beat tap for a track. If you follow the link he gives, you see he is aware of the Edit BPM way to do beat tap.

i like the idea of a beattap on the skin - or is there a way to make a keyboard shortcut to do this? i tried to find one but couldn't.

I know we have that option, what i like is be able to map it as a shortcut in the keyboard or in my case to a midi controlller like BCD 2000.
