Topic: the shoutbox

I think the shoutbox should have emoctions at the bottom which you can click instead of having to type the emoctions in because we might not know them all..

It already have smileys built in to it ;)

But I made them hidden, as they do look a bit "childish"

But I might make them appear again.. who knows..
