No, It works if you are manually crossfading but not yet with automix, although [hint mode] Cel has said he's going to fix that in an upgrade [/hint mode]
 
Thanks just downloaded it... I have a huge video show this weekend and I think it will enhance it. Sometimes I hate having to think which transition is going to give the best effect for intro video. Or I forget to switch transitions usually the case!...
 
My personal favourites are the old satellite and Cels spiral, that spiral is just superb.

Also a quick tip, if you're going to use the random thing, have a look through your transitions first, as if like me you have some themed or event specific ones (wine glass, heart etc) you may want to move them into a seperate folder as they may not fit in with what you're doing.
 
Not a problem... I don't have those transitions... but thanks for the tip. By the way, nice work on your video drops
 
The new version of this plugin for automix works well (currently available in beta). I just need time to finalize it.

I don't understand, you can set sonique to slideshow so that it randomly changes anyway.

So question, is their a download available that will work with Virtual Vinyl? My friend has both Virtual DJ and Virtual Vinyl and needs Random to actually work on Virtual Vinyl.

Last night, I noticed that the new version only works with automix, is that correct. If that is the case I should have both versions, right?
 
Okay so I changed my profile to reflect that I am a professional user (although a novice since it is really my friends), so can anyone point me to where I can download a version of the Random Video Transition that works with Virtual Vinyl since the one that ships with it does not?

So, just that I understand. Will the video transition on this site work with Virtual Vinyl? All of the plugins say for Virtual DJ 4.x and higher. My firend has that as well, but does not like it as much as Virtual Vinyl......... TIA again.
