hey fellas, i have esi maya 44 usb hoocked to my laptop numark tt 200 desks and dm 2050 mixer, my laptop have no line in so i bought usb sound card vith it and after recording some mixes i have really annoying sound, its like that time code on a vinyl just quiet and i cant disable it i have tryed everything and nothing better so maybe someone know and can help me to figure it out, is it maya or.. . Thanks

If the 'annoying sound' he's hearing IS the time code signal than
it doesn't really matter - it's a sound card setting issue.

Check in the sound card driver's settings which signals are being
recorded, and how are they routed (if those drivers have any such
option). If you are recording with VDj internal recorder or any other
rec. software, check those settings too .

My advice is that you don't stress your system too much, you've
already have two inputs and two outs, and the way VDj has issues
with certain hardware and drivers it's just calling for trouble.
If possible, do record your mix using an external recorder / other pc.
