It used to be that I put my curser over the Downloads tab of the VDJ site and a sub-menu dropped down with links to plug-ins, visualizations, etc.. It's gone now. Can't find it anywhere.

Check again. It's still there. There are two drop down menus. Hover your mouse over Plug-ins to see the next menu.

This website uses javascript for dropdown menu, not flash.
