I just wanted to ask if it was possible to activate and use cuepoints when using timecode control CDs? Thanks.

Yes sir! there's keyboard shortcuts to both activate and go to.....check under the config tab. Alternatively, if you have a controller that is listed as a vdj contoller also under the config, then you probably have cue buttons you can hit to go to....after you have already assigned the cue points. Hope that helps. Read the manual, for more details or use the search feature in the forums to get more info.....
