my virtual vinyl does not work at all and i know they are an older version that came with the software,how do i get the newer version of them without having to buy them since they didnt work from the company and they should make good on the version that works.

Do your mean the records or the Numark Virtual Vinyl package?
To get updates for VV just add your serial in your profile.
