The response time on that monitor is a bit high, mine is at 8ms and that one is at 22ms.

Those power supplies wont be enough power, you need at least a 650w power supply with dual 12v rails.
 
 
That one is the same as mine but 19, the only thing I couldnt do was get the software installed for it, but found it worked better with the drivers Vista installed.

I don't really understand you can't use the software that comes with the 19". WHy?????

Response Time; That frightens me. 8ms??? Are there Monitors that have less than 8ms??
