cant seem to get maya usb soundcard to work with windows vista the asio 4 all file doesnt want to load up for vista any recommendations please !!!!!!!

Yes, don't use the Asio4all drivers, you don't need them with the Maya. It has it's own Asio drivers.
I have Vista and I have no problem using my Maya with it.
Just Select the "Maya44 USB Audio ASIO Driver" from the drop down
