Topic: Problem with Pro Version and Hercules DJC Rmx

Hi all.
Firstly give thanks to all for reading and helping me.

Days ago, I bought the Hercules DJConsole Rmx wich comes with a Limited Edition VirtualDJ. Allrigth here...
But... When I unistall the Limited Edition and install the Pro Edition that I had from a severals weeks, the Console doesn't work...
I have downloaded all the upgrades of drivers and HDJC interface.

I Don't know what to do, it's doesn't work. I select ASIO system, and it doesn't work.
Please, need your help, I need work with it...

Hi fersu, pls register ur pro serial in ur modify ur profile. If u did not have it, do use the trial version that is available here;)

Abt the problem u having, do enable the herc icon in the remote tab;)

But I have activated all options in Hercules section and this and doesnt work :(
 
What version r u using?

What version of the Pro Edition are you using anything less than 5rev7 and the RMX will not work.

Please try the latest demo of VirtualDJ

Im using 5.0 Version. On options menú, the Hercules sectio appear with a red ligth

That's why it won't work, you need version 5rev7 or over.

Again, please try the latest demo or buy a licensed copy of VirtualDJ

Yes once u registered, u may upgrade to the latest version:)
 
Per the above statement, is limited edition not a purchase(licensed) copy,
 
It is licensed, but it is not a full (Pro) license copy that will have many more features n benefits that are not available for the limited edition;)

Yes it is - but the user said they had the Pro Version which was not registered.
