i' m new here on the forums
i've got i req.
i bought recently a hercules dj control mp3 , i installed virtual dj console ed. , entered the serial license , but i've lost the cd
i know the serial is stored somewhere in reg files . can i retrieve it ? or is it in program files ?

Since you never registered the serial on the site ... there is nothing we can do for you here.
If you purchased the console - NEW - then you should be able to contact Hercules ( www.hercules.com ) and they may be able to cross-reference the console serial number to the software serial.
If you purchased the console - USED - then you can still contact Hercules - but you will not be able to register the serial here if the previous owner had already registered it.
