Depends on the age group obviously, but old cheesey stuff always seems to do the trick, Relight my Fire by Take That, S-Club7 Reach, and even going as far as YMCA.
Also agree on Robyn S, its got a fantastic opening beat, especially the remixes!

Robin S - Show Me Luv (Stonebridge Club Mix)
Again, mix it till the vocal drops, it's abit cheesy but it's a classic, and gets people up.
