Recently, i had to move my home computer setup.
When i went to re connect everything i noticed that i cannot find the software disc for my dj console.
it had virtual dj v1.09 on it...( i know its an old version )
is there any way i can get the virtual dj console edition v1.09 as i do not have the means to upgrade to a new version at this time

You will have to contact support, they are the only ones that can help you. Was it a registered copy?

If you have the serial, register it at your profile :

Then you can download the software anytime...
If you have lost the serial too, contact www.hercules.com, and provide the product number at the console, and they should be able to give you the software

Did i understand the question properly?? You moved your computer and then suddenly you need to re-install the program?
or was the computer just asking you for the CD because you connected your controller to USB and windows is looking for the driver software for the controller box.
Have you tryed clicking cancel on the prompt and tryed to connect the controller to a different USB port???
It should still be set up on one of the ports...

Good point.
If you only swapped USB port, windows will ask for you to install the drivers again.
Just choose to automaically look for them drivers, and windows will find it for you, from the install on the other port
