For Radio i would also use a Peak Limiter on the Mic.

I'm using the Snowball inside to broadcast Jason, and its a great mic. This will be in my studio though. The one knock, and it is the only knock, on the Snowball is, I can't EQ it. Or, if I can I have yet to discover a way how. Also I run Skype through a mixer and my cell phone through it. I take calls during my show, and you know how well the Skype thing works. So an off-PC mixer is a better solution for me...never saw one of the ART Tubes before..looks like a good edition...Thanks

Yeah I saw that when I was shopping..lol I also looked at a couple of Shures for around the same price...

I have a sterling audio side address cardioid condenser , it was $ 200 ..... pretty good , not a Neumann ......

not 2200 either ......

I've decided , harumph , I'll get the Neumann the same day I get the 1937 Bugatti .......

Hi terry, no problem and I hope u get the things sorted out with a good equipment n good prices;)

All the best;)

it's gonna be his broadcast pew ......

This is the same mixer as the one that i used when i was doing FM Radio before. It's the best Radio Mixer ever Built (I think).
PR&E (PACIFIC RECORDERS & ENGINEERING CORPORATION). Not Cheap but a dream to work with ;-)

Finished it just now... Everything worked great in the test. Thanks to all who helped....

Cool mate, very nice.

Love them laptop stands, they look very secure

Look nice terry and agreed with jimmy abt the lappy stand;)

They are very nice. When I ordered the first one, I wanted the other. So, I ordered it also. Now I can't decide which is the nicer stand. Lots of positioning is possible with them and they have different ways to secure your laptop in place.
