You have to complete the set-up / connection of your VV box and your turntable or cd player as per in the MANUAL then click Input TIMECODE.

Have you tried Auto-Config? I think the TC Up may be too high.

Switch your VV box to line (from phono to lline) then click Software RIAA Preamp, those, try click invert phase also then auticonfig. If you can get a signal maybe try to adjust the TC up or down to fine tune it and to have a stable 100% signal.

well they control the song but their is no song playing (muffled and static and whatever else) and the quality varies and when I press auto-config the quality goes to 0%

Please check on the diagram below if you have the properly set your machine up:
You have to fine adjust the TC up or down to get a stable signal. Small increment or decrement with the slides can have a big effect with the signal quality.
BTW I'm using the VDJ Timecode V4, try it also.
Lastly check your needle...

I dont remember which version but there was a funky bug in the auto config. As far as I can see every looks good, I would install the lastest version and make sure you have the soundcard plugged in and active before running virtual vinyl.
