What type of soundcard are you using? Also, posting your system specs might be a good idea.....

Error in sound driver of direct X is a message that sounds a bit worse than it actually is.

It simply means that your current soundcard setting in Virtual DJ is not logic.

Go to your soundcard settings, make a logic working setting at the input, output and soundcard setting.
Close VDJ, and restart..

... and message is gone ;)

MESSEAGE IS GONE BUT BAD AUDIO STAYS I HAVE TRYED EVERYTHING INSTALLED AGAIN , REMOVED THE MK2 , REMOVED SOFTWARE . UPDATED FIRMWARE . IF I MOVE THE CROSSFADER USE THE HEADPHONE MIX CROSSFADER OR THE VOLUME OF SAMPLES ITS VERY BAD AUDIO .

ONLY OPTION FOR ME IS INSTAL WINDOWS AGAIN I THINK

NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT

I HAVE A GOOD PC 2 GIG RAM

MUCH MEMORY

IN THE BEGINNING NO PROBLEMS NOW ITS A FEW DAYS

I REMOVED THE MAPS IN DOCUMENTS , PROGRAM FILES

INSTALLED AGAIN WITH NO RESULT

what is your operating system ?

what is "bad" about the audio ?

does it skip or pop ? is it just distorted ?

you didn't answer the question , so i'm guessing that there is no soundcard .......er just the default

what are your settings under config -sound set up what are your settings for output and soundcard ??

for future reference...... the main things we need to know are what is it doing that is wrong be specific.......also we need to know if your

system has the recommended specifications we need to know the OS and the ram and if it is a sound quality issue , then you get asked about your soundcard and the setup for it in config .....

"much memory" doesn't matter .... i believe you are talking about the capacity of the C: ?? that's not an indicator of system performance , although the rpm could be ........

sometimes just turning off your antivirus and your screensaver when you are doing your installs does the trick

try these also disable the wifi and turn all power settings to never ......

even if it's a new system , defrag it

if i use the crossfader fast its really bad i dont know the word in english think distort

and it goes bit in slow motion too

i use vista

for the soundcard

i dont know

in settings i have try it all

does the music skip ? is it distorted ?

when you are playing a track , launch the task manager and see what percentage of cpu you are using .

also see how many processes are running

i am going to use my back up system and set it up the way you need to set up and then report back, so bear with me for about 2 minutes

proces 48

cpu 14 goes up to 24 %

fysiek memory 40 %

awrighty then

click config, click sound setup

under outputs .... select single output....... under sound card(s) select simple ....... under soundcard select your system soundcard .....(realtek , conexant, whatever)

next you may need to turn down your system volume .......

try those
