Topic: Can't get my DJ Control MP3 to work!!!!!!!

I have a macbook and I try to install the program and my laptop tells me it can't install on this computer. I just got the got it today brand new. Then I then installed something else and it asked me for my serial number from the CD and I typed it in. I try to run the virtualDJ program and it says I have to plug in the controller and it is already plugged in its not working. There are no lights on the control at all.

What is wrong with all of this?!?!

I also have all the specs to run the program and control and such.

I suppose you have tried to install on Mac OS 10.5 (Leopard) a driver for Mac OS 10.3 (Panther) or Mac OS 10.4 (Tiger).

You must install DJ Control MP3 driver for Mac OS 10.5.
If your MacBook has Mac OS 10.5, you can download the drivers on
http://ts.hercules.com/eng/index.php?pg=view_files&gid=2&fid=28&pid=179&cid=1
Mac OS 10.5 driver is listed as "[MAC OS X 10.4 (Tiger) / 10.5 (Leopard)] 830 KB".

Once you have installed this driver, VirtualDJ DJC should recognize your DJ Control MP3.
 
Hi.

I've downloaded the latest drivers for my DJ Control MP3 to use in my macbook.
Virtual DJ recognizes that the controller exists but it does not control anything.
Using "config" inside Virtual DJ, it does not recognize an input interface controller nor can I add it under the audio midi setup app.
Can you help me?
The "loop" green lights are on but the controller doesn't work inside the program.

What version of VDJ are you using? V4.3 DJC Mac?

The DJC version should recognize when you download the latest driver.

I`m trying to use my controller & its not controling anything on my virtual dj pro.
 
Are you using the latest drivers (2.22) and update for VDJ Pro (currently 6.1.1)?

It would be a good idea to enter your serial number in your profile, which will allow you to download future updates...
