reggae ?? in Alaska ? ..... gives me anudder one of my great ideas ...I'll form the first steel drum band in Alaska , and play for all the tourists frolicking at the beach !

i only call real reggae uhhhh reggae like from jamaica ......
the reggaeton seems to be from Puerto Rico
not really a latin music expert .....just know what i like .......
i'm learning spanish .... i really hope that i don't discover that the wisin y yandel and aventura that i like are riddled with the same cliches and cussing and negative messages as much of the rap ..........
to me the message matters and i do refuse to play certain things because of it ....
the reggaeton seems to be from Puerto Rico

reggaeton is MUCH worse in a lot of cases

looked up info on Alaska ........
purchased from russians in 1867 by one of abraham lincoln's cabinet members for 7.2 million .....of course Lincoln didn't live to see it happen
Eisenhower welcomed it into the Union jan 3 1959 , 2 years and 2 days after Chuck was born in a log cabin
the black population was approximately 27k in the year 2000 ......
it's record high temp was 100 degrees in june 1915 in juneau the record high for the US was set in California at 134 ........
the size is vast and at one time it had 4 time zones ....now it has a main zone and another for the aleutian islands
it has 16% of the US land area and 34% of the US water area
it has a small population of approx 650,000 as of 2002 ...... but a little known fact that Vermont , North Dakota , Wyoming and D.C. all have smaller populations than Alaska
strangely the census isn't tracking rappers or sales of patrone
they don't brag about there low temperature quite as much as they do about the high ......??
