Would anyone find this useful? Select your effect, select the LENGTH of time to have it run for (1 beat, 4 beats, 2 seconds - I don't know) so you just just hit "ACTIVATE" and not have to worry about actually turning off the effect? You know it will only effect the song for 4 beats, and you can concentrate on mixing.

I begin to use a little file in Effect folder to save data of my plugins and macourteau did it for all his plugins i think

it could be possible. Have a look inside the xml file of macourteau: there are data for 3 or 4 of his plugins.
I prefer don't touch this file because if someone does a mistake, it could be erased some other date.
Maybe use the same idea of xml but one file for each author. Maybe we should define a generic name as "data_plugins_djcel.xml".
