Itunes usually stores them in My Documents > My Music > Itunes
If you are not sure you can go into Itunes and right click on the video file and select its properties and it will show the file path.

if you purchased them through itunes you most likely will not be able to play them in virtual dj. because of DRM protection.

The itunes plus videos without the protection play just fine in VDJ. I have the K-Lite Codec pack installed.
