from looking at previous threads from yourself you are a Mac user?
If so you need to set some permissions within Finder so that Virtual DJ can "write" to the database.
If you go to /Users/xxxxx/Documents/VirtualDJ/VirtualDJ Databaase v5.xml and go to "more info" - at the bottom of this screen is Sharing and Permissions - make sure they are all set the Read & Write.
You will need to repeat this for a any external harddrives you have as there will be a database file on each. Once done everything you do within browser should be saved.

In future you may get a quicker response if you put this in the Mac Tech Problems forum or at least let people know what system you are using.
