Is there any software out there that allows you to take a pre recorded track (lets say its 20 min long/continuous mix) and split it into multiple tracks.

there are loads mate- a simple search on google would have answered this question.

I use mp3splitter and joiner http://www.mp3splitterjoiner.com/

but there are LOADS out there

acually you could play it on vdj and split it into multiple tracks from the record section
