Does anyone know online or dvd tutorials on how to use Sony Vegas 9 Platinum? Ive been using 8 for awhile, upgrading to 9 next week. I'd like to spend more time soon editing original videos to fit with dance edits. At the moment ive just been using it for linking the cd track to the video clip to take out excessive background effects. I know it can do much much more! Prefer digital training than using any books or manuals.

try a google search, there are quite a few out there, also put a search in youtube, only problem with youtube tutorials some of the narration can grind you down sometimes...

i rather doubt if there will be much difference in the basic operations of 9 when compared with 8
so practicing 8 should still help you with 9

it looks like "vegas 9" is just kind of a home suite version to me..
stick with 8pro for more professional-end editing
