Does anyone know a good MP3 normalise program that can do batch files? freeware would be good but I am happy to pay too.

Did you try with Nero WaveEditor?
 
 
It would be great if VDJ can do that - as option during analyzing.

Did you try to put the field GAIN on AUTO?
It brings about at 0 dB level the sound of any song.
 
Did, but i still have to touch gain knob on my mixer. always! really don't know why, but it just doesn't work 4 me. When i pre-normalize songs, there is everything ok.
 
Yeap, you are right. I noted it yet and I posted my thread in wishes for new releases
 
I use MP3Gain here with good results. Can't beat the price.
 
"ddvideo video to mp3gain" which can extract audio from video or audio files with the same volume without loss quality,very good programe.
 
Try Audacity, it is a free download and works well to normalize your tracks to 0db but i think you will have to do one file at a time.
