lads what do i need to do during a gig to play from ipod using rmx.have a singer tonight whos backround music is on ipod

Don't know much about the RMX, but assuming that it allows you to connect external cd players and the like to it... you'll need a cable with a stereo mini-jack on one end, and a pair of phono (RCA) plugs on the other...

Run your RMX in ASIO mode, open the RMX control panel, the third tab (advanced) select the bottom option (USB Streaming and line in), then connect the Ipod.

Your welcome, as long as your PC is running the RMX should work.

terry can i leave it at this setting and still use it with vdj as normal or do i need to change it back.also what is the normal setting in the advance tab for vdj

No, you can leave it like that, and switch back and forth using the source button on the RMX
