Does this console come with a built in soundcard?
From what I can tell, the answer is no but I was just curious how good it is.
I'm quite happy with my soundcard but my real question is this:
Am I better off using the 1/4 outputs directly to my amps?
I seem to get better sound when I run my soundcard strait to my receiver here on my home setup.
Basically, my Audio 4 soundcard into the RMX then 1/4 out to my amp taking the mixer out all together. Not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing?

The RMX has a soundcard included ;)
And would behave just as your current soundcard, and you would connect it directly...
:)

the soundcard is good
Hercules makes good soundcards:)
The Audio4 is a great card too, but the remix card should be fine for you ;)

The RMX has an outstanding soundcard. Use the 1/4" outputs if you can.

The RMX has a "little brother" without a soundcard: The Steel, if you prefer to bring you own soundcard.
