So, I realized that I cain't wait for the next version to come out. I love this program, but sold my Denon 5500 because I was going to put together a new audio system. But now I am still waiting to do it because I don't know what to buy. I have been waiting for the next version to come out so that I can figure out what players I should buy that will be natively supported. I am not a fan of mapping because I don't think it ever works as well. Ok, just venting my fustration.

it wont be that much longer wait, and VDJ always been the marked leader in controller support;)
So expect great things for VDJ 6 ;)

I am very confident in that no doubt. I am just in limbo with what to buy because I have been able to get my timecode cds to work the right way yet.

just to add to this, did any one say the next version is version 6? as everyone is refering to VDJ V 6. Is it going to be 6 or 5.3.1? Just wondering as everyone is refering to version 6

You don't have to use them natively. They are cd players.. Just pop in the Timecoded cd and Jam. Use the laptop key board short cuts to trigger what you want.
