Hello everyone,
I recently purchased a DJ control Steel Console from Hercules. Sadly my sister broke the installation CD before i could install it. The software it uses is VirtualDJ DJC 5.2.1 for PC or Mac. I've looked everywhere and havent been able to find the same software for DJ control steel. Does anyone know where i can get another installation CD? Or if theres any significant diffrence with the software used for the RMX?

Have you still got the paper sleeve for the installation CD ?
If you have, enter the serial number (found on the sleeve) in the "Modify my profile" tab and you will be able to download your version from this site.
Also the drivers for the Steel can be downloaded from the Hercules Tech site.

Thanx alot i got the program on my pc but now when i try to open Virtual DJ it keeps telling me to connect the console and as soon as i do it tells me to enter the CD. And it the installation program cant be read when i search other install possibilities.
Any more tips?

Hook up the Controller before you open VirtualDJ. Sounds like you need to install the drivers still.

Yes it does.
Download and install the latest Hercules Driver package
http://ts.hercules.com/eng/index.php?pg=view_files&gid=2&fid=28&pid=226&cid=1
Once installed, with the Steel connected up open VirtualDJ and it should be fine.

hey everybody i got a question cuz i just bought a dj console RMX and i install it and all but went i try to play music with it i dont hear no sound but my speakers or connected to it. Would anyody know what the problem could be?

At first I would recommend to contact the Hercules support.
Maybe they could give you an LE version.
