Hello,
I am a pro user who purchased the software about a year ago and I had a bunch of problems with timecodes on my cdjs. I have just been using my CDJ1000s to avoid any complications with the software, but I wanted to try version 6 with timecodes. I went to download the updated software and it tells me the only version available is 5.2.1..........I thought once you own VDJ pro you have free updates for life? Can someone explaint his to me? If there are known bugs why would you have to pay for them to get fixed

Because you own VV (Cue) which is a Numark product, not VirtualDJ Pro which is an Atomix product.
That is not to say you won't get v6, but it will be released according to Numarks timescales.
It's been covered on this forum numerous times, and with every version released too.

If you want v6 sooner, then the option to crossgrade is available at a small cost.

i suggest yo pay the 49$ to upgrade to VDJ pro. the quicker updates, better support, etc is more than enough for me. and what was wrong with your timecodes to begin with?
