Does anyone knows weather or not you really need the to buy the scratch soundcard to scratch? Im thinking bout buying me 2 Numark turntables and use my Total Control for the mixer! I have finally mastered and got the basics to beat matching with my Total Control useing VDJ...I know its some settings for Turntables on VDJ... I was just wondering did I need to buy an scratch soundcard? I have the DJ IO...somebody help me out so i can know what all to buy!!!

You need a sondcard with good asio drivers, and 2 stereo inputs and 2 stereo outputs
Such cards are many, mentioning a few:
- U46DJ
- Hercules DJ Trim
- Audio 8 DJ
- SL-1 (Serato)
- Maya 44 usb (no phono preamp)
- lots of firewire cards ( got firewire?)
etc
You could even upgrade your controller, and get a controller that has all the Total Control has + a built in soundcard you'd need.
This could for example be Hercules RMX
