Hello i recently bought a Hercules dj console RMX and i still cant get it to work, ive read all possible solutions, tried em all but none of them seems to work. i just got to finally hear some sound' but the sound card is coming from the RCA's, every time i try to put the hercules sound card it gives me the error sound. ive even compared the midi Audio configuration but it seems correct, help please :s

I presume that your are using a MAC computer ? Running OS X 10.5.7 ?
If you installed the latest driver version (1.36) from the Hercules suport site, you should be fine.
Regarding the audio configuration in Virtual DJ, it should be as follow, according to the verison you are using:
a) VDJ HDJ edition (included with the console )
- No configuration necessary. This verison will only use the Rmx soundcard
b) VDJ v5.2.1 Pro
There is a known issues with this version , so it should be configured as follow:
- Input : None
- Output(s): Headphone
-Soundcard: 4.1 Soundcard
Then select the Rmx for both Main output 1/2 and Headphone 3/4
c) VDJ 6.01 Pro (Beta)
configure as follow:
- Input : None
- Output(s): Headphone
-Soundcard: DJ Console RMX
