Honestly, I want both, but money is an issue. And because I don't have any club gigs, I do mobile and there are still very few of them.
So what do you think is better? Korg Zero 4 or the DJM-400? I can't decide! :(

I'm not a huge fan of either mixer but if I had to choose between the two, I would choose Korg Zero4 because it has a built-in Firewire-soundcard, MIDI-control and much better I/O-connections.
However, the Zero4 is much more expensive than DJM-400 (I assume you really mean DJM-400, not DJM-800?). If you are willing to spend that much on mixer, I would suggest one of the following (in no particular order):
- Mackie D.4 Pro
- Pioneer DJM-700
- Ecler Nuo4.0
- Allen & Heath Xone:62
- Allen & Heath Xone:42
- Denon DN-X1500
