Can anyone tell me how I can clear the turntables in VirtualDJ ? After a song is played it still appears on the turntable and there are instances where I would like to clear that turntable without putting another song on it.

Settings > Mappers > Keyboard
Create a new shortcut by clicking the green plus sign below,
assign a key (for example CTRL+U) by clicking Auto-Learn
and pressing the key combination, than write unload
under Action.
ctrl+u will now unload the selected (active) deck.

You can simply right-click on the pause button for ~2 seconds or so and it will unload.
Another alternative is to load one of the modified V6 skins which include an unload button. See this thread:
