Hi,
I installed Virtual DJ Trial on my Notebook and use it with my Audio 8.
In clubs I use my macbook with TraktorPro Scratch and Audio 8.
Compared to Traktor the sound seems to be a little bit metallic and there are pops and klicks,
(listening with headphones via audio 8)
What samplerate is recommended in ASIO settings 44,1 48 or 96 Khz ?
Are there any other recommended settings for audio 8?

Traktor, virtual dj or pretty much anything else.. 96khz sampling rate is a total waste of time unless you are in a studio producing stuff, as vritually all audio is sampled at 16bit 44.1

Right....unless you're getting your music off a DVD and the artist had recorded in 24bit audio 96K sample rates are a waste of time and resources.
Songs recorded in true 24bit audio with 96K + sample rates are rare. I believe the band Nine Inch Nails is recording their stuff in 24bit right now in an effort to actually make digital music sound good but for the most part, only us DJs care about good sounding music.
Every year the rest of the world care less and less about good quality digital music and seem to be perfectly fine with 16bit or 128 bit rate mp3s. Ahhh
