Does the Console come with RCA cables for the output into speakers, or shall I pick up a set?

No, doesn't come with cables. Rather than getting RCA cables, you may want to pick-up 1/4" jack cables instead, depending on what you're connecting to. The RCA outputs on the Rmx are -10dBv while the 1/4" outputs are +4dBu, so the 1/4" jack outputs are designed to connect to pro gear.... just something to consider!
