I had registered my serial at Hercules (when installing my RMX).
Now when I go to put in my serial here... it says it's already registered.

the example of the serial to input on the Virtual DJ is XXX-XXX-XXXX (3,3,4)
Yet my number is more like XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX (4,4,5)

It could have been purchased and registered and returned, that has happened before. The other option is, you need to register the software CD serial number, not the hardware serial number.

The Hercules site didn't require any serials.
