Unfortunatley Don died last year , bless his soul, inspiration to us all.
He created his DJ booth out of coffin wood, he was the first DJ to use a 25 watt amp and playing 78 on two decks , the equipment named Diggola.
Playing to Land army girls and Italian Pows in 1947 in a village hall.

Feel sorry for him as the most he ever charged was £50 and he only retired in 1995, I was charging £100 back then and I was only 17
