really got to be commited to the cause as well, they had a few guys in the past who unfortunately were dropping there slots a bit near to the time they were supposed to go on, so as i say you want to think about have you got enough time spare on a regular basis to give to the radio... best of luck and i'll know you'll enjoy it.
