Sounds like the mapper may be wrong

How about a little more detail. VDJ version and version #.

If you own your Hurcules you should register it, so you can receive better support.

I am running VDJ version 5.0.7 ...yeah I know i need to register it an everythin....

CAN ANYONE HELP ME

I could be wrong but, I don't think 5.0.7 supports the RMX. If my memory serves me right the RMX came out after this version was released.

It's a little difficult to register a crack version ... btw, if you have the RMX .. just use the LE version that came with the RMX at least that is DJC Edition 5.2.1

now it is not working on any of my computers what the hell is going on.....the cross fader and volume is not working on any computer i plug it in to..everything else job wheels etc works.

I cant find the serial number of my disk to install it on my computer...

where can i find out the swerial number of my virtual dj

Where did you get the disc from?

I got it with my Hurcules RMX when I bought it from a DJ store, but I cant find the case the disc came in which had the serial number on it..i have the box and everything just not case for the disc....this is hard man

Before you blow a fuse!!! if you can't find your serial # don't get crazy for now and I hope you a legit copy download the trial version and do a clean install to get you through your gig!!! besides once you see V6 in action and like I siad if you have a legit copy? your going to want the pro edition anyways....good luck

If you can't find the serial number, then you will not be playing in an hour. Contact support with all the info about when, where, you bought the controller, and they may be able to help you.

Please contact the manufacturer Hercules support via http://www.hercules.com and give them the serial number off the bottom of the console itself. They will be able to retrieve the serial number of the Console Edition that was distributed with your DJ console and give it to you.

Once you have it, please register it via http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html

The RMX Console Edition entitles you to upgrade to the full VirtualDJ Professional at a discount of $150 off the normal price. Once registered, please go to http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html and then enter your DJ Console Edition serial number in the box provided.
