I have a creative audigy se audio card , and i would like to use my headphones to help me with my mixing , but i can't make them work , cand anyone explain me the settings and where i should place the headphones jack in my audio card ?

You would have to give a better description of your sitaution if you are looking for help.
My set-up with soundcards is as it follows:
An expensive soundcard integrated into my pc, in which i have plugged in 5.1 speakers.
A cheap USB soundcard with 1 virtual 5.1 port in which i have my headphones. An input in which i have my mic.
Ive set up the main sound to go thru my expnsive card, and therefore my speakers, and the preview to go thru my second card, aka headphones. And my mic to record from the mic port in my USB card.
