I don't know if this is the right topic but how can i add license or ticket? I'm trying to add a ticket to download free skins.
So please i want to download good skins so i can use them more.

you need to register your copy of VDJ or by a version before you get the pro user benefits.
 
But i have a VDJ full version.
Well i haven't downloaded here before. Ill try to download here

Then you should register the serial number of your version unter "Modify my profile". ;-)
After that you are able to download the benefits of a registered community member.

Without that step, it is not possible.

BTW, in the Download Center is always the latest update version from your bought version.

Sorry for the question - but where do you bought VDJ ? The only place you can buy it is this webpage. For buying you register an account and then buy a Professional Version which you can directely download in your DL center.

When you never used this page then you could not have an professional version of VDJ.

If you are working with a version 'from the net' then you must life with the probs because they are most related to the bad cracking of VDJ.

Maybe you want to tryout the Trial Version of VDJ ? It's for free for about 20 days.

I have the serial for VDJ 5. Not the VDJ 6.
 
It doesn't matter what version you have a serial for, as long as it's yours and no one else is using it you can register it and get free updates for life plus all of the free skins, add-ons, plug-ins, effects, samples and other stuff available to all registered users.

Hmm that is strange but ill put the serial in it.
 
How is it strange? Allow me to clarify for you.

Addons such as skins and plugins are benefits for people who have purchased and registered their software. Registered users also get access to software updates.

So once you have purchased your software, you register the serial in your forum profile by clicking "Modify my profile" and bingo, you have access to all the relevant downloads. The version is irrelevant; you have the same serial number no matter what version you use. My serial number for VDJ6 is the same one I've used for VDJs 3,4 and 5.

If you haven't purchased the software and are using a pirated version then the serial number supplied (if any) will fail to register since it's not a legitimate copy. Trial users obviously have no serial number to register.

I hope that's cleared up the 'strangeness' for you ;)
 
Ok, i have 3 serials from VDJ6
But when i add it, it seems not working.
3 Serials that no one haven't used or saw.

It keep saying It's invalid some other reason.
 
You obviously are using 'illegal' serials ... if you have legal serials that you received by purchasing the software then they would work.
