Hi All,

Is there a way to configure the RMX so I could control the volume of the Monitor Speaker?

No. You have to run it through an external powered monitor like I do using a Y-adapter or at another club I run it through the main mixer & use the booth monitor volume on the main mixer. Hope that helps. Maybe not the answer u wanted though lol fellow hoser!
 
I use jack to jack from 1 and 2 jack outputs on my rmx to go to 2 channels on the mixer, I then use a phono lead from 1 and 2 phono outputs on the rmx to the monitor that way the monitor adjusts in volume for each independant channel so you can hear if its the same or louder or quieter

Yes, that's exactly the way I'm doing it now, was expecting something that could... change the MIDI settings or who knows, lol....
