My old laptop is now almost 4 years old time to buy new one....
I spent several hours looking for good laptop for mixing videos but still quite cheap.
This one (Fujitsu Amilo) would be around 600 euros and seems pretty nice:

Any thoughts or drawbacks? Should I go for it?

- Low resolution screen
- Underpowered graphics card
- Fujitsu isn't exactly known for quality or reliability
Simply put, I wouldn't buy it.

If this laptop can play Bluray Disc, how is it not possible for Video DJ iing ?

Better speced than my current laptop. Video card should be more than enough for video.

What relevance does a Blu-ray drive have with anything?
AFAIK Virtual DJ does not support playing video from Blu-ray disc, and even if it did it would be useless because you have only one drive.
If your point was that ability to play Blu-ray indicates sufficient CPU power, OK I'll give you that. That still doesn't change the fact that the screen resolution is crap and Fujitsu is low quality hardware in general :)

What im saying is.. Blu ray is a very high resolution. Why can't this be good for Music videos. I find music videos a lower quality than blu ray. The screen is a HD Led display that is (1366 x 768)

Look Caliente...I don't mean to be rude, but now you're just talking out of your ass :)
Blu-ray supports resolution up to 1980 x 1080, also known as "Full HD". Most music videos distributed today use the normal PAL-resolution 768 x 576, which is also the resolution used by DVD's. So yeah, Blu-ray has higher resolution than your average music videos, but that's somewhat irrelevant from video DJ's perspective.
Like I already pointed out, Virtual DJ doesn't support playback from Blu-ray disc. Even if it did, you'd still have only one disc drive - useless. Sure, one could rip the video to files - assuming there would be any Blu-ray music videos, that is - but that suggested computer has no way near enough horsepower to smoothly run two Full HD tracks simultaneously.
Besides, from video DJ's perspective the screen resolution of the computer and resolution of the source material have absolutely nothing to do with each other. For other stuff like watching videos - even lower HD resolution 1280 X 720 - or anything else useful 1366 x 768 is way too small. Even my 13" MacBook has 1280 x 800 resolution, which is not that much.

There is also same model with bigger screen and resolution:

But I like the idea of having small tiny laptop that does the video thing flawless. This would be my gig laptop only.
I don't do anything with this blue ray DVD. But I think that the NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 240M (with 1 GB VRAM) is good enough for videos on WIN 7, it seems to be midrange graphic card.

The ideal gig laptop is both small and light, these are neither.
Amilo PI 3560 is 15.6" and 2.76 Kg. The weight especially is a lot even for a 15"+ laptop...not to mention that screen resolution is crap for such a big laptop. Granted, if the laptop is only for gigging the resolution isn't that important, but still...
Amilo PI 3660 is 18.4" and 3.4 Kg, which is HUGE and HEAVY. This kind of laptops are not even ment to be carried around, they are more like easily moveable desktop computers. Absolute nightmare for gigging.
I recommend a laptop with 12-14" screen with minimum resolution 12800 x 800 and weight <= 2 Kg.

I use an HP G70 with 17" screen, I prefer a large screen area to work with, not the lightest laptop. But, I only carry it from my car into the gig & back.
Its a hell of a lot lighter than the coffins, heavy speakers & umteen record cases we used to carry!
You soft younguns, spoilt rotten!!!! :-)

Yeah it's not such a big issues for mobile jocks who are already lugging their whole gear to the venue from the car. That's something you can charge extra for.
It's a whole different ball game if one is performing using venues own gear and tries to avoid lugging gear. Not to mention the fact that sometimes one just needs to use some other means of travelling than car...such as a train or an aeroplane :)

@ Aural Candy.. Finally you asnwered what i was trying to ask you.. Im am not technical with VIdeo DJ ing and thats why i was asking. I know virtual dj doesnt play Blu ray. I thought just because the laptop can handle blu ray, it would handle music videos really easy. ( This is what i Thought ) I was just asking because i wanted to know. Im slowly getting into Video DJ iing myslef.

When it comes to laptops, a few extra pounds is not going to kill me. I carry a 15.4 screen sized. I preffer a 15 over something small like a 12 or 14 inch. The 12 or 14 inch is small for me.

Ha ha ha, you big softy! I carry my laptop bag with 17" HP G70 including RMX plus associated wires etc. to Ibiza every year to gig. Goes as hand luggage as it weighs in at just under 10k, its better than putting it in hold luggage. My Uberstand & cooling plate go in the hold as they are not so important. I travel around Ibiza in Taxi's with it like this. I have traveled on the Tube Train in London to demo at Earls Court like this too. Yeah, its heavy, but, no big deal. I won't compromise my equipment for portability.

My old lapotop weights 4kg and also beause of heating problems I must carry bottom cooler too which is like 1,5 kilos. Amilo would be great after that. I would appreciate if you have any other laptop suggestions under 1000 euros.

If by compromise you mean sacrificing performance for portability, I totally agree with you. I'd rather have both and I'm willing to pay for it :)
