i'm affraid i didn't understand a word what you mean. As far as i'm aware, the ticket system is answeard in the usa, so you may have to wait a while.

hey i need help with my serial number..to find out what product and what i can get free.. i bought a idj3... but when i go on here to type my serial number in it does not work at all they say it is invalid ive tried it plenty of times now but i really need help i know im typing in the right numbers and im getting tired of mixing for only 10 minutes ive have had it for awhile now and it starting to get to me bc i really wanna mix hopefully someone can tell me whats wrong or maybe no the answer ....thanx
