Topic: Hercules RMX problem with External Audio Source

Hercules RMX working GREAT w/ no glitches at gigs BUT when I try to hook-up an external audio source (cd deck), no audio.
*cd deck connected to input 1 with "Source 1" button pressed, NO audio
*"phono/line" switch with "line" selected, NO audio
*faders & volume main up, No audio
duplicated connections on "Source 2", NO audio
*on RMX Control Panel "line in/phono" selected
any suggestions?

Delll Studio 1555
dual core T6400 @2Ghz 4 GB Ram 500 HD
 
cd 1 should be plugged into input line 1&2 and cd 2 into input line 3&4. Once done, press the source button for each side you want to play and don't forget to adjust the gain volume.
I hope this helps you but this is how i set mine up and it works
