Greetings,
ok I'm using vista 32 bit, although, this is a laptop bought in Australia.
when I plug the deck in no lights display and none of my audio apps pick it up.
I bought the Icue deck in the UK. So you see I am thinking it could be a voltage issue to why it isn't working.
Also - though I have emailed support about this - I can't open the 'Numark cue LE' program as 'Protection error %i' displays.

ok yer ty to the techies as they fixed it for me :)
for those with the same problem you need to go into your profile and enter your CD key > download the update > install > enter the new key ( above the download link)
