Hey, so I was just wondering if it was only possible to install VDJ onto two computers you own ONLY if you buy the boxed set. Or, can you download it electronically off the website onto both computers?

The type of 'delivery' of the product does NOT determine a difference of number of installs.
You can install VirtualDJ on 2 machines you own - boxed or download.

Because I'm going to be switching laptops very soon and stuff.. can I 'transfer' one license from one computer to another?

It's 2 at any time ... you just uninstall it off of the one and install on the other.
