Topic: Which is better for TC Vinyl

I've been a 5.2 VDJ on my mac for awhile now... and have never really had an issues with it. It''s been really solid.

I've just recently picked up a 1200, and would like to switch over to TC Vinyl.

My question is, should I still use 5.2 and rock TC Vinyl or make the switch to 6.0.5?

Which version is better for TC Vinyl? Or are both results the same?

all versions of 6 have worked lovely with TC vinyl. as good as it gets.

What's your interface? It will make a difference.
 
can someone explain how does the virtual dj plugin echo out works

I use my Hercules RMX.

Eventually I would like to get a mixer, but as of now, the RMX has been pretty good for me.
 
i also use the rmx and tccd with external mixer if you want solid scratching you need external mixer but tc is solid with 6.5 but it all comes down to your computor and how it is setup but my advise rmx a+++++ and vdj 6.5 a+++++......
 
so what is tha answer here??????? im confused..

is there actually a difference in the way the software works with TC's wheteher its v5 or v6????

if so what is the difference??
 
I think i remember some statements about tc drift in 6.0 up to 6.0.5 (?). I believe people say that 5.2 was the most stable witc TC.
 
6.5 is stable i had problems with all previous versions and 6.5 for me is most stasble
 
im rocking the mixvibes tcv and i love it :)

The best idea would be to try it for yourself... ;)
 
i stick with 6.0.5 thats my final answer lol rmx user to rmx user

I want to switch over to 6.0.5, but if I don't like it... isn't it a bitch to go back to 5.2?
 
no just message support and tell them what vertion you want and they will give it to you
