Topic: Show song rating in Virtual DJ menu?

Is it possible to see the song track rating as an option in the menu of VDJ - ie the 5 stars?

This would be most useful for finding specific tracks or when finding tracks I didn;t realise were as good/bad as I thought!

No, this rating is not supported - but you can make your own notes to every track in the comment field.

Each song i download, i listen to them and i determine if its good. When I add a new song into my sessions, i would do this

name

Shots Shots-------

I write lines going across for me to know the song is good. You can also write OK, Good or HOT
 
Here's some ideas you can use.

You can also create a Virtual folder Names like: Top Hip hop, Top Reggae, Top Pop, ect. and just drag those songs into one of the corresponding "Top" folders, so you wouldn't have to even hunt for it to much., You can also create a Venue folder this way, it saves you the additional setup time at a club/Venue.,but make sure you bring that Venue folder to the BOTTOM of the list so VDJ will open up with it.

myself I use the comments field and put in exclamation marks for how good the song is..
one "!" = bad , and "!!!!!" = very good.

I then use filters to help me find those songs when I'm in a hurry or dont feel like browsing thousands of songs..
IE: filter "VG and Rock"
Filter: (comment="!!!!" or comment="!!!!!")AND genre contains "Rock"

I'm one of those users that use 'ratings' a lot .. Hopefully a dedicated rating column will be added in the future
